Experienced & comprehensive family care for over 50 years!

life cycleBeckford Medical Center (BMC) was founded over 50 years ago by Dr. James Green who was later joined by Dr. James Kenney in the early 1980s, then Dr. Francis Aniekwensi in 2006. The practice began its expansion in 2002 rebuilding the Henderson center into a 5,000 sq.ft. facility to improve space, patient satisfaction, add on-site services, and accommodate for new technology. This was followed by the Warrenton clinic opening in 2003, then the Centerville clinic in 2010.

BMC actively serves the growing communities of Vance, Granville, Warren, Franklin counties, and the southern parts of South Hill Virginia offering hospital care, skilled and assisted living facility, home visits, and on-center healthcare services.

BMC’s successful growth emanates from a philosophy built on a strong history of family-friendly and compassionate environment through caring partnerships and comprehensive health services throughout the different stages in life.
